On- On-field development is the name of the game. Working with our staff of former MLB and College coaches, each player will receive personalized attention with a daily and seasonal training plan. We bring the best of data and analytics with real coaching day in and day out.
Getting better with your coaches every day on the field is one thing but what do you do when no one is watching? What effort do you give? Our coordinators such as Chris Colabello the long-time MLB veteran montiros players progress through the Pelotero system.
A personalized approach to strength training is a key piece to every players development. Our staff of former MLB/College strength and conditioning coaches work to ensure each player gets bigger, faster and stronger. Each player will have access to state of the art facilities.
Buddy Biancalana a World Series Champion from the Kansas City Royals helps all PGE players GET IN THE ZONE through his Zone Motion program that enables players to tap into their full cognitive potential.
Brandon Guyer, long-time MLB player serves as the Mental Skills Coordinator for all PGE players. He brings the Major League Mindset program to help players perform at their highest level.
TJ Saunders is a former trainer with the Detroit Tigers and Atlanta Braves who serves as our Director of Sports Performance for all PGE athletes

What does a day in the life of a Post Grad Edge player look like? Here is a sample daily schedule:

7:00 am - Breakfast
8:00 am - Players report to field for stretching and treatment
9:00 am - On-field development
12:00 pm - Lunch
1:00 pm - Cage or Gym work
3:00 pm - Team or player meetings
5:00 pm - Dinner
6:00 pm - Academics
